、培养目标

本专业为服务区域经济社会发展和满足产业结构转型升级的需要,面向汽车、机械装备、航空航天、电子产业等装备制造行业,培养德智体美劳全面发展,具备一定的自然科学和人文社科知识,掌握材料成型及控制工程学科的基本理论和专业知识,具备材料成型工艺分析能力、模具设计开发能力、材料成型及控制工程应用实践初步经验和项目组织能力,熟悉行业标准,能从事技术开发、设计制造、试验研究、一线生产组织与管理等工作,能进行材料成型理论新方法和新技术应用,具有实践能力、创新意识和国际化视野的高素质应用型人才。

二、专业特色

建设突出工程性、实践性、应用性的特色专业。

1)强调机械科学、材料科学、自动化、管理科学等知识交叉融合,培养能在该领域生产一线从事设计制造、试验研究、运行管理等工作的应用型、管理型的复合型人才;

2)课程体系与课程标准接轨工程教育专业认证,培养具备国际化视野、国际化知识结构及能力的创新型人才;

3)产、学、研、训、赛与教学相结合,在专业建设、企业实践、科学研究及社会服务方面,与学会、协会和相关企业开展合作,使价值观念、行为规范和技术技能水平贴近企业需求;

本专业主修工程图学、工程材料、机械设计基础、机械制造基础、材料力学性能、材料成型原理及工艺、材料成型CAD/CAM技术、冲压成型工艺与模具设计、注塑成型工艺与模具设计、逆向工程与快速成型技术、复合材料制备与成型技术等课程。

、就业面向

主要面向模具制造、汽车制造(整车厂、冲压件配件厂、车内饰配件厂、轮毂外协厂)、航空航天、重型机械(中车、卡特彼勒、约翰迪尔)、船舶制造(焊接方向)等行业迫切需求的以下岗位:

1.模具设计工程师岗位;

2.冲压/注塑工艺工程师岗位;

3.模具质量工程师岗位。

Material Forming and Control Engineering

I. Educational Objectives.

In order to serve the development of regional economy and society and to meet the needs of industrial restructuring and upgrading, this major aims at equipment manufacturing industries such as automobile, mechanical equipment, aerospace, electronic industry, and so on. It cultivats talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical education, beauty and labor who also possess certain knowledge of natural sciences and social sciences, grasp the basic theory and professional knowledge of material forming and control engineering, and possess the ability of material forming process analysis, die design and development, the preliminary experiences of material forming and control engineering application and the ability of project organization. Similarly, it cultivates high-quality application-oriented talents who are familiar with industry standards, can engage in technology development, design and manufacture, research and experiment, front-line production organization and management, can carry out new methods and applications of material forming theory and new technologies, and have practical ability, innovative consciousness and international vision.

II. Specialty Features

Construction of characteristic specialty with engineering, practicality and applicability

(1) Emphasis is laid on the cross-integration of mechanical science, material science, automation, management science and other knowledge, and the cultivation of applied and managerial talents who can engage in design, manufacture, experimental research, operation and management at the front line of production in this field.

(2) Curriculum system and curriculum standards integrate with professional certification of Engineering education, and we aim at cultivating innovative talents with international vision, international knowledge structure and ability.

(3) We combine production, learning, research, training, competition with teaching, and cooperate with academies, associations and related enterprises in the aspect of professional construction, enterprise practice, scientific research and social services, so as to bring values, behavioral norms and technical skills level close to the needs of enterprises.

III.   Major Courses

The major courses of this major are engineering graphics, engineering materials, mechanical design foundation, mechanical manufacturing foundation, material mechanical properties, material forming principle and process, material forming CAD/CAM technology, stamping process and die design, injection molding process and die design, reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology, composite material preparation and forming technology, and so on.

IV.   Employment Opportunities

Mainly for die manufacturing, automobile manufacturing (vehicle factory, stamping parts factory, car interior accessories factory, wheel hub outsourcing factory), aerospace, heavy machinery (CRRC, Caterpillar, John Deere), shipbuilding (welding direction) and other industries in urgent need of the following positions:

1. Mold Design Engineer position;

2. Stamping/injection Process Engineer position;          

3. Mould Quality Engineer Position.
